Deliberate Gentle Love Master (DGLMm)
Steady & mature. You are The Gentleman.
For anyone looking for an even-keeled, considerate lover, you're their man. You're sophisticated. You know what you want both in a relationship and outside of it. You have a substantial romantic side, and you're experienced enough sexually to handle yourself in that arena, too. Your future relationships will be long-lasting; you're classic "marrying material," a prize in the eyes of many.
It's possible that behind it all, you're a bit of a male slut. Your best friends know that in relationships you're fundamentally sex-driven. You're a safe, reliable guy, who does get laid. In a lot of ways, you're like a well-worn, comfortable pair of socks. Did you ever jack off into one of those? All the time.
Your ideal mate is NOT a nut-job. She is giving and loving, like you, but also experienced. Avoid the The Battleaxe at all fucking costs.

i think this amendment to ban gay marriage is the most ridiculous bullshit i've ever heard. they want to deny people who love each other the legal rights and social acceptance granted to drunk people in vegas on a whim. if you want to strengthen the american family, ban divorce and adultery, both of which cause far more damage to children and morals the gay marriage ever could. damn this bible belt of a town. |Got my Ship Date
I'm leaving december 27th. I got the job i wanted, 1N5X1 - ELECTRONIC SIGNALS INTELLIGENCE EXPLOITATION, which is like intercepting cell phone transmissions, stuff like that. that is exactly what people do at NSA, which is where i like to work one day.
drop me your email addy before i leave, and if you're reading this post, i'd like to hang out with you before i leave. Current Mood: excited

I swore in today. I'm now in the inactive reserve of the United States Air Force until i go to basic training, where i become active duty and serve a term of 4 years. If i don't show up, i get Court-Martialed and time in a federal prison. i will enter the service at the rank of Airman First Class, A1C (E-3) because of my college credits, where almost everyone else is an Airman Basic (E-1). I don't know when i leave for basic. i told them after Sept. 15, but with the backlog of people to be processed, most likely before or around thanksgiving.
I'd like to see everyone who cares enough to read this once before i head out.
comments/discussion welcome. Current Mood: patriotic

|will -> spy?
since i placed in the 99th percentile (there is no 100th) on the ASVAB, go me, i've been looking at all the jobs available to me. And i think i may have found something that i'm passionate about. Intelligence. I'm guaranteed to get what i want. you get a security clearance and after i go back and get my degree, i could go work at NSA or the CIA, how freaking cool is that? this is the most excited i've been about what i can/could do in a while. maybe there is something to that.
to quote will smith:
"'Cause there's some next level shit going on and I'm OK with that."
i took the asvab yesterday. its the military aptitude test. determines how suited you are for different jobs in the military. the scores are based on percentile and i got a 99 out of 99. i have my choice of jobs in the air force and they have to guarantee that i get that job. so yeah, some good news

big change in my life that i'd thought i'd let everyone know about. I am most likely not returning to college this fall. I plan to take a year or two off, maybe more and join the military, probably Air Force. just don't think me and school are a good fit right now. top of a short list that'll let me return with enough money/maturity to finish out school is the military. |Physics is Phun
Physics is fun but mind warping. example: events simultaneous in one reference frame are not simultaneous in another. translation: If i'm standing still and i see 2 bombs explode simultaneously, for anyone moving past them at any speed, the bombs do not go off at the same time with a greater time between them the faster you go by. Another interesting part of relativity is length contraction. Say a guy with a 16 foot pole is running through a 10 foot barn at about 3/4 speed of light. Now say i could close and open the doors really fast. Due to Length contraction, i see the pole as 8 feet long, and i would be able to close both doors at the same time and enclose the pole in the barn without breaking anything. But from the runner's view, the barn is 5 feet long, and the further door closes and opens, he runs through and the other door closes and opens behind him. and the thing is both are correct in their version of what happens. neato, right?
well i just thought that was cool enough to share. yes i'm a nerd. Current Mood: tired

|The sock game
So our floor is playing the sock game again. FOr those not in the know, the game is called assassins and the object is to be the last one standing. At the beginning you're given a target. You have to kill (hit) them with a sock and then you get their target and so on. So me and James have gone hardcore. We've rigged his webcam to focus on the bathroom door and play the sonar sound from a submarine when someone goes by, since all the guys on our floor use it. Also, we made holsters next to the door to hold our socks. James has 2 kills already while i'm at one. yes we are geeks.
